25 minute Amrap

100 wall balls 20/14

100 mb cleans

100 partner med ball sit-ups passing ball over a box

100 box jump over (partner holds mb overhead)

100 med ball oh reverse lunges

100 pull ups- partner two hangs from bar
Med ball travels with you!

1 med ball per team for all movements! No matter what

At any point if medial touches ground 10 burpees penalty for entire team
