20 sec of work 10 sec of rest/ transition for 8 rounds

1. Toes to bar/knee to chest

2. Mountain climbers

3. Reverse crunches

4. Shuttle sprint (25ft)
No measure just do work!

Each tabata go through that sequence twice!

30 sec of rest between tabatas
