10 toes to bar / 15 v-up or reverse crunches
(1,2, or 3) squat clean thruster 185/125
10 burpees

Each round increase by the number of reps based on weight you are using

1 rep- using a heavy barbell Rx or Rx+ (225/155) or something very heavy for you!

2 rep ladder- medium weight or 2 dumbells/kB
This should be still very heavy not able to do more than 2 or three at a time

3 rep- lighter side
Odd object or dumbe KB
